- We provide services including SMS, A2P Messaging, CPaaS, and Software Development.
- Services must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and telecom regulations.
- You must obtain recipient consent (opt-in) before sending messages and follow opt-out rules at all times.
- Spam, fraud, phishing, illegal content, and grey routing are strictly prohibited.
Service availability
- Services are provided on a best-effort basis; delivery is not guaranteed due to telecom dependencies.
- We are not responsible for failures caused by mobile operators or third-party providers.
Your account
- You are responsible for account security and for all activities carried out under your account.
Fees & payment
- Fees must be paid as agreed; services may be suspended for late payments.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Data & intellectual property
- You are responsible for lawful data usage. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- All platforms and systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
- Our liability is limited and shall not exceed one (1) month of fees paid for the affected service.
- We are not liable for force-majeure events including, without limitation, outages, natural disasters, and government actions.
Suspension & termination
- We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or for non-payment.
Changes to these Terms
- These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after any update means acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
